WiseHeart Mindfulness Based
Stress Reduction Program

This is an 8 week program requiring practice outside sessions.  There will be audios and digital handouts.  While doing the program as designed is optimal, any exposure, learning and practice of mindfulness is helpful.  Full payment for course is required. No refund after 1st week.

This is a therapeutic session, meant to augment not replace other cognitive or medical treatment that may be required for any individuals particular state of health.
