Year Long Kundalini Yoga for Addictions Program 2014

Yoga has been proven to help develop an awareness in the body that reduces addictive patterning. Recent studies show that it is effective in treating anxiety and depression and calms the mind while activating the body. Have you ever thought you would love to try it but were afraid you couldn't do it? Worried about poses that don't fit for you? Join Victoria Potter in learning to get back to your body gently and supportively through the mindful practice of Hatha Yoga. Learn how being in your body can assist you in tolerating and moving through painful emotion. This is yoga for every body size and every state of wellness. Victoria is a certified Curvy Yoga teacher and Registered Yoga teacher with over 5 years experience teaching women to listen to the wisdom in their body through the practice of yoga. Join us for meditation, mindfulness and movement.

Times: Thursday 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Session 1: September 11, 18, 25, Oct. 2, 9, 16, 23

Session 2: November 6, 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11

Cost:   Session 1: $90, $15 drop-in

             Session 2: $75, $15 drop-in
